Live Language is a friendly language school that offers student-centred English courses to help you progress. You can make your dreams come true in a place where you feel at home.

We accept students from beginner level upwards and help them through their academic career to university preparation courses and university entrance. Our school is located in Charing Cross, a safe and quiet area of the city. We are close to the University of Glasgow and a 10 minute walk from the West End and the city centre. Glasgow is nicknamed "The Friendly City" and is appreciated for its culture, museums, music, nightlife and shopping, but above all for its people. If you travel 45 minutes east, you reach Edinburgh, if you travel 45 minutes west, you reach the Highlands. It is easy to get around Glasgow on foot, by bus, train or underground.

Live Language welcomes students from all over the world. Our class sizes are small, allowing for maximum contact between teachers and students. Our courses are designed to be communicative and interactive, so that you can use the language with confidence in real-life situations. We do not believe in lecture-style lessons.

Claremont House offers spacious, stylish student accommodation in a comfortable and secure environment just 3 minutes’ walk from Live Language. It is beautifully positioned for access to the bright lights of Glasgow city center and just a 3-minute walk from Live language. The residence is well placed for both the excitement of the city centre and access to the student and café culture of Glasgow’s popular West End.

Claremont House is exclusively available for 94 residents. It comprises of some shared flats with private en-suite rooms where the kitchen and lounge areas are shared communally. Claremont House studio rooms feature en-suite studio facilities, fully equipped kitchens and free high-speed broadband and Wi-Fi throughout. Communal facilities provide space for socialising, while private studios with double beds and desk areas promote peaceful study. The rents include all bills and Wi-Fi and there is a laundry room onsite for communal use.

Homestay is a great way to improve your English and learn about Scottish culture.
