The English Studio London opened in 1997 to help international students realize their dream of learning English. With more than 20 years of experience, this school has welcomed more than 60,000 students from around the world. The school is accredited by the British Council and is a member of the English UK Association.

The English Studio London is a group of two schools, the headquarter of the company is located in Dublin, Ireland. English Studio London is located in Holborn area 1 in central London, just a 1-minute walk from Holborn Underground Station. Intensive English in London

Our Intensive English courses are designed to help students improve their English to prepare for the job market and improve their career prospects in English-speaking environments.

For students with upper intermediate and advanced levels of English, on the English for Business course you will gain confidence and learn to communicate in English with ease.

  • English in the workplace – ideal for students who need to use English in an international workplace, now or in the future.
  • Practical experience – practise business skills such as giving presentations, holding meetings and negotiating .
  • Prepare for a new career – with focus on writing and speaking skills projects include improving CVs and learning interview skills.
  • Internationally recognised qualification – course content is designed to prepare students who want to take the Cambridge ESOL Business English Certificate exam.
  • Flexible timetable to fit your work schedule – course durations to suit both those in employment or looking to fast-track their English for a new career.
  • Accredited courses – all our English for Business courses are accredited by the British Council (in London) and ACELS (in Dublin) providing high quality instruction from our helpful and friendly teachers.

IELTS Exam Preparation

The IELTS exam preparation course has helped hundreds of students achieve the IELTS score they needed to gain access to university courses in the UK and Ireland.

For students with an intermediate or advanced level of English, the IELTS exam preparation course is designed to improve the key academic English skills you need to succeed in the exam and to walk away with a respected qualification.


  • Improve key English skills – the course focuses on developing your academic reading and writing skills and increasing your confidence.
  • Gain practical experience – enhance your practical presentation skills, with special emphasis on spoken accuracy and fluency.
  • Flexible timetable to fit your schedule – choose to study in the morning or afternoon for as many weeks as you need.
  • Accredited courses – our IELTS exam preparation course is accredited by the British Council (in London) and ACELS (in Dublin) providing high quality instruction from our helpful and friendly teachers.
