OHC Gold Coast students study English in the city of Surfer’s Paradise on white sands and under clear blue skies in the Queensland beach-lover’s paradise at our stunning, new Circle on Cavill location.

Gold Coast is a relaxed, vibrant city with spectacular buildings, surf coastal location, an abundance of natural beauty, marine life, Cafes’, Bars, Restaurants and tourist attractions make this the perfect location for students wishing to combine their English studies with the holiday stay of a lifetime. The region has built a global reputation for its burgeoning international movie filming industry and its Theme parks and Water Parks.

Our campus is situated right in the heart of famous Surfers Paradise and only a 5 min walk to the beach, all shops and restaurants are located right on our doorstep. Our campus also benefits from fully air-conditioned classrooms and our very own balcony where you can take a break from your studies to enjoy the relaxed and social atmosphere.

Course starts every Monday and is for all language levels.

General English - OHC Gold Coast

English 16 - 99 years old

You will join multi-national language classes following a syllabus closely mapped to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, covering key language domains, skills and competencies appropriate to your level of ability.

Objectives: This programme of study is intended to enhance the all-round language and communication skills of those who wish to work or study more effectively in an international context. You will improve your language skills and also enhance your inter-cultural communication.

Homestay 16 - 99 years old

Our Accommodation Officer can reserve quality accommodation for you in Gold Coast's most popular areas. We have a choice of homestay accommodation with various meal options. Most homestay accommodation normally offer 2 meals a day Mon to Fri and 3 on the weekend.

You share a home with your host but have your own private room and a choice of meal options. Our homestay hosts are carefully chosen by our Student Services Team for their friendliness and experience in looking after international students. All homestay accommodation is within easy travelling distance of the school.

Families live both in the cities and in the nearby suburbs. Most of the families are located within 45 minutes by public transport to the schools.

In some locations families are even within walking or biking distance from our school.
