Established in 1992, Link School of English is accredited by FELTOM, offering all aspects of linguistic stays including high quality education and a vast choice of accommodation. Students may choose to stay at our multicultural student campus, self catering apartments, hotels or at our hospitable host families, guaranteed to be situated in walking distance from both Schools. We also offer exciting leisure programmes as well as airport transfers.

All our teachers are experienced and qualified to international standards: B. Educ, Cambridge CELTA and DELTA, Trinity College TESOL, LCCI and other reputable TEFL qualifications. They use the latest teaching methods, emphasising on communicative skills and the most effective learning strategies. Every year, we award our best teacher with the ‘Teacher of the Year Award' after continuous positive feedback from students.

Being an official Exam Centre within the EU, students may attend preparatory courses before sitting for exams. Certificates are issued under standards established by the Council of Europe (Common European Framework). Students may attend Exam Preparation Courses for LCCI, City & Guilds, Trinity College London, all Cambridge examinations (IELTS, PET, KET, FCE, CAE,CPE) as well as TOEFL and TOEIC. With a focus on the 4 skills of reading, writing, speaking and listening, the General English Course allows students to improve their English in a dynamic and motivating environment.  Classroom activities used at Link are designed for small groups, pairs, individually and as a whole class. A range of different practice activities and discussions are used.

Intensive English Group

English 18 - 99 years old


With a focus on the 4 skills of reading, writing, speaking and listening, the General English Course allows students to improve their English in a supportive and focussed environment.  Classroom activities used at Link are designed for small groups, pairs, individually and as a whole class. A range of different practice activities and discussions are used.

Lessons for adults focus on pronunciation, range and accuracy of vocabulary, effective use of grammar  and natural self-expression in English.  This course is all about developing the ability to communicate more effectively in English in written and oral contexts.

Link - Business English Group

Learn how to be successful in the English-speaking business world!

The Business English Courses will help you to improve your communication skills in English in different business situations as well as improve your ability to effectively represent your company at an international level. Students will develop the skills needed to conduct business in English.

Lessons per week: 20 or 30 (1 academic lesson is 45 minutes long)
*Standard lesson times: 
20 lessons per week: 9.00am-10.30am,11.00am-12.30pm                               

Class size: 10 students maximum
Start days: Any day from Monday to Friday
Levels: 
Beginner, Pre-Intermediate, Intermediate, Upper Intermediate, Advanced, Proficiency

*Lessons may be held in the morning or in the afternoon subject to availability

IELTS Exam Prep course

English 18 - 99 years old


Over 1.4 million students and professionals take the IELTS exam yearly. It is recognised by more than 6000 professional organisations, universities and governments.
The exam is graded from 0 to 9. Please see below for more information.
The IELTS test is available in 2 formats.  The Academic format tests the student's English at an undergraduate or postgraduate level.  The General test is for people wishing to work or train in an English speaking country at below undergraduate level.  It is also needed to live in Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom and New Zealand.

Lesson times: 20 lessons per week: 11.00am - 12.30pm, 1.00pm - 2.30pm
Course content: 20 lessons per week: 4 lessons per day IELTS Preparation
Class size maximum: IELTS Preparation: 10 students
General English: 10 students during the winter, 12 students during the summer
Start days: Any day of the week from Monday to Friday
Course duration: Minimum 4 weeks
