Gold Coast is one of our favourite cities to study English in Australia for many things: the weather is great all year round, it is surrounded by beautiful beaches, there is a very stimulating multicultural environment, the prices are not as high as in other Australian cities and you can easily find a job quickly, a language course in Gold Coast is an excellent option.
The city is a well-known tourist destination. Travellers love the subtropical climate, the waterways and the golden beaches. For university students, life on the Gold Coast requires a balance between study and activities such as surfing, bushwalking, theme parks and city entertainment.
Whether it's professional surfing competitions, big music festivals or just the weekly Sunday markets, there's always something new and exciting to see on the GC. Don't forget to visit the village markets and Chinatown on Saturday night.
The EC Gold Coat school which is located just a short walk from the beach will be a perfect place to learn English.
